Who can use Piggy Pact

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Use your own email address, and keep access to it secure.

What Piggy Pact is, and isn't

• A game and tracker for saving money as a couple. You move money in your own accounts and log it here.
• Not a bank or financial service. We never hold, move or invest your money, and we don't connect to your accounts.
• Not financial advice. Projections, challenges and suggestions are for motivation only. Decide what's right for your own finances.
• Saves are self-reported. We don't check them, and results depend on what each of you logs.

Your space and your partner

A space is shared by two people. What you add to it may be visible to your partner, as set out in the privacy policy. Rewards you agree with each other, like “winner picks dinner”, are personal agreements between you, not promises from Piggy Pact.

Free, with sponsored offers

Piggy Pact is free. We may show sponsored offers, clearly marked, from other companies. Those offers, and anything you buy, are between you and that company: we don't make or sell their products and aren't responsible for them. We may earn a fee or commission when you use an offer. You can turn goal deals off at any time.

Using it fairly

Please don't:

• break the law, or harass, threaten or deceive anyone through the app;
• try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or disrupt or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use automated tools to scrape it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You own what you put into Piggy Pact, like goal names and notes. You let us store and display it so the app works for you and your partner. The app itself, its design and its name belong to Piggy Pact.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile. We may stop offering Piggy Pact, or parts of it, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

No guarantees

We work to keep Piggy Pact running and accurate, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Piggy Pact isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a significant way, we'll tell you in the app before the changes take effect. Questions: privacy@piggypact.com.
